      Frequently Asked Questions

      Any wedding photography services are generally grouped into the reservation, planning, and event timeline. With keeping that in mind, below we are trying to answer some of the important questions that you may or may not have in mind. If you have a specific concern or seek more details please contact us.
      What are the reservation requirements?

      Both Signing the contract and sending the non-refundable retainer fee are necessary to secure your spot on your calendar. If you carry out only one part of the bargain, we have the right to cancel the services.

      Do we need to discuss terms directly?

      You are more than welcome to contact us with any questions regarding the terms of the contract. However, prior to booking, we will send you the contract for reviewing.

      Shall we pay any expenses prior to the wedding?

      Yes! If you are booking us for an event, the deposit would be $500. If you are booking us for a photo session, it would be $50.

      Do you have any payment plans?

      We absolutely do. We understand that sometimes to fit everything within budget, a payment plan works best. If you do need one, please let us know so we can make it happen for you.

      Is it possible for you to travel long distances? Will it charge us extra funding?

      We love traveling! We have done weddings in Canada, New York, New Jersey, Texas, San Francisco, and Chicago. We want to expand that list! There will be a travel charge according to where your wedding will take place.

      Are your services full-day? Do your services also include partial-day?

      Each event is different, and each client requires a different number of hours. We have hourly rates ( with a 2-hour minimum) and Full day packages available. Please, contact us to get an exact quote.

      What happens if we exceed the reserved conditions we agreed upon?

      Wedding days are very overwhelming and we understand the day may not go according to schedule.

      We will not leave the event without talking to the bride and groom, and they can extend the services on spot. We will add the additional charges to the invoice afterward, but you can rest assured we will be there to capture every single moment of your special day.

      What happens if we cancel the wedding or change the date?

      Life is full of unpredictable events. There is a saying that says, “if you want to make God laugh, tell him about your plans!” So, we understand when plans change.

      Your non-refundable deposit will stay with us until the end of the year in case you wanted to reschedule your wedding/event.

      If you no longer need our services though, unfortunately, the retainer fee is non-refundable.

      Do you have luxury photography services?

      Yes! While all our brides are our Queens, We do understand some weddings require more photographers to cover all the luxury details that have been put into work for them. Our luxury packages are full-day events with three photographers covering the events.

      What happens if we lose our photos? Do you keep photos after the wedding?

      You will have a lifetime cloud backup with us. As long as you keep a bookmark on your gallery page, you can download your photos as many times as you need. We do recommend making multiple backups, because our archives will be stored for only one year and if for any reason, out of our hands, the cloud system goes down, then we will not have access to your data.

      Do you have liability options? insurance

      Yes we do have insurance. Please let us know if you need a COI (Certificate of Insurance) for your event, so we provide one for you.

      How can we be sure that the photographers will not lose our images? Do you have any backup plans?

      We understand your concern. Learning from our experiences, We backup all photos on 2 different hard drives and one cloud system.

      How long does it take to receive the wedding photos?

      The turnaround time of photos differs based on wedding season and how big the wedding was. We usually estimate 8 to 10 weeks from your event.

      How many wedding photos will we receive?

      There is no exact number. We take unlimited photos when we are at your service, and we understand all the photos are yours! So, we won’t keep any of them! Based on our experience, the average is around 80 to 100 photos an hour. It also depends on your day and how the timeline goes.
